Wowfix LLC Refund Policy
At WOWFIX, our goal is to always provide excellent service to our customers. However, we understand there may be rare occasions where a customer is dissatisfied. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which WOWFIX will provide refunds or credits.
Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via phone or through the cancellation feature in your WOWFIX account.
- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee at WOWFIX’s discretion.
Deposits
Any deposits required to book WOWFIX services are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill or complete the scheduled service.
Quality of Service
We stand behind the quality of our repair and installation work. If you are dissatisfied with a service for any reason, please contact us within 7 days to explain the issue.
If we are unable to remedy the issue to your reasonable satisfaction, we will refund the cost of the original service or provide a credit of equal value towards future services.
Materials Returns
WOWFIX offers a 30-day return window for any uninstalled products or materials purchased through us. To be eligible for return:
- The items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase from WOWFIX.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Payment Refunds
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or are owed a refund for any other reason, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
If we determine that a refund is appropriate, we will issue a credit to your WOWFIX account or original payment method used.
