2. SMS and Text Message Communications

Consent to Receive SMS. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from WOWFIX regarding:

  • Service appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Technician arrival notifications
  • Service updates and status changes
  • Account notifications
  • Promotional offers and special deals (if you opt in)

Message frequency varies based on your service requests and preferences. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Verbal Consent Process. When a customer contacts WowFix Windows & Doors by phone, our representative verbally states:

“Before I send you a confirmation, I want to let you know that WowFix Windows & Doors may send you SMS messages regarding your appointment and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Do you agree to receive SMS messages from WowFix?”

The customer must verbally confirm “Yes” before any SMS message is sent.

SMS Service Provider. We use third-party SMS service providers solely to deliver text messages to you. Your phone number and message data are shared with these providers only for message delivery and for no other purpose.

Your SMS Rights and Options:

  • OPT-OUT: Text STOP to any WOWFIX message to immediately unsubscribe from SMS communications
  • HELP: Text HELP for assistance or contact us at the information below
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies; you may receive multiple messages per service request
  • Carriers: All major U.S. carriers are supported
  • No Purchase Required: Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing services

Mobile Opt-In Data Protection. Your mobile opt-in data — including your phone number and your consent to receive SMS messages — will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We collect this information solely to send you service-related messages as described above.

TCPA Compliance. WOWFIX LLC complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state telecommunications laws. We will only send SMS messages to phone numbers that have explicitly opted in to receive communications from us. We maintain records of all opt-in consents.

Revoking SMS Consent. You may revoke your consent to receive SMS messages at any time by:

  • Texting STOP to any WOWFIX message

  • Updating your communication preferences in your WOWFIX account

Please note that opting out of SMS messages may affect our ability to provide timely service updates, but will not prevent you from receiving critical service-related communications via other channels.

Business Partners. We may share information with business partners who distribute or advertise our services, subject to confidentiality agreements. This does not include mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data, which are never shared with business partners.

Business Transfers. We may disclose information to third parties as part of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other transfer of all or part of our assets.

With Your Consent. We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

Important Note: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data — to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Any disclosures to third parties are made only to enable them to perform services on our behalf or as required by law.
