Welcome to WOWFIX! By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting services, registering for an account, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

WOWFIX provides window and door installation, repair, and maintenance services directly to homeowners and businesses. Services are offered and performed solely by WOWFIX employees.

3. Your Use of the Platform

You agree not to misuse the Platform or assist others in doing so. For example, you will not:

• Access or tamper with areas not intended for users.
• Share your account password or allow others to access your account.
• Post inaccurate, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or attempt to collect personal data from others.
• Violate intellectual property rights of WOWFIX or third parties.
• Attempt to test, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of the Platform.

4. WOWFIX’s Role

WOWFIX provides an online venue for users to request and schedule window and door services directly with WOWFIX. All services are performed by WOWFIX employees. WOWFIX does not use or offer third party subcontractors.

5. User Content

You grant WOWFIX a non-exclusive license to store and display any information you post or submit through the Platform. You are responsible for all content you contribute and represent you either own it or have permission to share it.

6. Account Registration

You may browse services without registering but must create an account to request services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. WOWFIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

7. Payments

Requested services may require payment through the Platform. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. You authorize WOWFIX to charge your selected payment method to complete transactions. Payments are non-refundable.

8. Cancellations

If necessary, you may cancel requested services through the Platform in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. WOWFIX may also cancel booked appointments, subject to the same policy.

9. Termination of Access

WOWFIX may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for failure to comply with these Terms, suspected misconduct, safety reasons, violation of laws, or breach of community standards. We reserve the right to maintain access to any information required for legal purposes after account termination.

10. Modifications

WOWFIX may modify these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect. Your continued use after notice means you accept the changes.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WOWFIX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WOWFIX DOES NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE OR SECURE OPERATION.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WOWFIX BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. THIS APPLIES TO ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, AMONG OTHER THINGS.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold WOWFIX harmless from any claims or damages relating to your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
